Field bean Honey is an elegant and well-balanced variety of honey. It has a fruity character, a slight acidity, and hints of juniper wood and gin spices. Most striking is its flavor reminiscent of peach candy.

This honey is perfect with yogurt, sour milk, and fresh fruits and berries.

This honey is Unstired, which means we jar it in its liquid state and allow it to crystallize naturally over time. The resulting crystals are slightly larger and coarser than in our honey labeled “Creamy,” where we guide the crystallization process to achieve a soft, smooth, and even texture.
The flavor experience differs between the two crystal structures—even with the same honey. The unprocessed variety tends to be more intense in scent and aroma, while the creamy version offers a rounder, softer experience.
