This honey is Creamy, which means we’ve guided the crystallization process to achieve a soft, smooth, and even texture.

We also offer Unstired honey, which is jarred in liquid form and allowed to crystallize naturally over time. The resulting crystals are slightly larger and coarser than in honey labeled “creamy.”
The flavor experience differs between the two crystal structures—even for the same honey. The unprocessed variety is perceived as more intense in aroma and flavor, while the creamy one offers a rounder and softer impression.
