The creamy Dandelion Honey has a striking and smooth butteriness—both in texture and in flavor notes. It’s herbaceous with a hint of spice, but where its unprocessed counterpart is sharp and intense, this creamy version is rounder and softer.

We think its best flavor companion is raspberries or other red berries.

This honey is Creamy, meaning we’ve guided the crystallization process to achieve a soft, smooth, and even consistency.

We also offer Unstired honey, which is jarred while still liquid and allowed to crystallize naturally over time. The resulting crystals are slightly larger and coarser than in the honey labeled “creamy.”
The flavor experience differs between the two crystal structures—even for the same honey. The unprocessed version tends to be more intense in scent and aroma, while the creamy one delivers a rounder, smoother taste experience.
