The nearly white Rapeseed Honey has a slightly firmer texture than the other creamy honey varieties we produce. Its flavor is mild, fresh, and vegetal.

It’s perfect on toasted bread or for use in cold sauces such as ketchup and aioli.

This honey is Creamy, which means we’ve guided the crystallization process to achieve a soft, smooth, and even consistency.

We also offer Unstired honey, which is jarred in its liquid state and crystallizes naturally over time. The crystals then become slightly larger and coarser than in honey labeled “creamy.”
The flavor experience differs between the two crystal structures—even with the same honey. The unprocessed variety is perceived as more intense in aroma and scent, while the creamy one offers a rounder and softer experience.
